The ashes of the recently settled "Watchmen" movie lawsuit are still cooling, but Warner Bros isn't wasting any time launching a new website for the eagerly anticipated film.
The new "Watchmen" movie site features character-specific pages that collect all of the footage we've seen thus far of each of the major players in "Watchmen," and there are also a few nifty galleries, desktop images and movie-related message icons. While the site doesn't offer much in the way of new content, the narration on some of the character pages isn't anything I've heard before, so it's certainly worth checking out (especially the audio from "Rorschach's Journal").
The new website also provides a full list of the "Watchmen" video journals that have popped around the 'Net over the last 12 months or so, as well as links to various "Watchmen"-related news. Be warned, however, that the site plays an audio track when you arrive -- so if you're trying to keep your "Watchmen" obsession a secret, turn off the volume before you check it out.
What do you think about the new "Watchmen" website? Like the narration as much as I did? Let us know!
