Judging by some of your reactions in the comments, it's pretty clear that there's quite a few Green Lantern fans out there, and given all the recent news about the 2010 "Green Lantern" feature film, what's been going on in the monthly comics, and this summer's direct-to-DVD and Blu-Ray release of "Green Lantern: First Flight," it's safe to say that there's never been a better time to be a fan of DC's resident Emerald Enforcer.
And for those of you out there who are counting down the days until the July 28 release of "First Flight," the good folks as Warner Premiere have debuted an all-new website devoted to Green Lantern's first feature film to tide you over until then. Furthermore, fans can also check out a behind-the scenes featurette currently running on the site, and also sign up for updates via MySpace, Facebook and Twitter.
As we've previously mentioned, "Green Lantern: First Flight" hits stores on DVD and Blu-Ray on July 28, 2009, and features the vocal talents of Christopher Meloni, Victor Garber, Tricia Helfer and Michael Madsen. The animated feature will be released as a two-disc set, with two featurettes, a downloadable digital copy, and two episodes of ‘Justice League Unlimited’ hand-picked by “Green Lantern: First Flight” co-producer and acclaimed animator, Bruce Timm.
Are you looking forward to "Green Lantern: First Flight"? Would you like to see more direct-to-DVD animated features from DC and Warner Premiere?
