'Batman: Arkham Asylum'We've been telling you for a while now how great our early impressions of the "Batman: arkham Asylum" game have been, and gave you an early report on the "Arkham Asylum" demo last month, but the latest trailer for the game, well... it just keeps getting better.

One of Batman's greatest enemies, the man-monster called Bane not only makes an appearance in the game, but also gets the full spotlight in the latest trailer. While the Bane scene featured in the trailer below sure looks amazing, what really tickled my fancy was the decision to show Bane's Venom-infused transformation from 140-pound prisoner to 350-pound behemoth. It looks like "Arkham Asylum" is going to bring back "the man who broke the Bat" in a big way. Read More...

Available over at the Papa Johns website, the new "Wolverine" movie scene features a motorcycle-riding Logan dispatching a military truck, then going airborne to get up close and personal with a pursuing helicopter. 'G.I. Joe: Resolute'As any child of the '80s worth their Punky Brewster crush will tell you, it's clear that we're living in a golden age for properties we grew up with making the move to Hollywood -- especially when it comes to the arguable grand-daddy of Reagan-era fare, "G.I. Joe." But regardless of the upcoming live-action film, the stellar comics from IDW Publishing, and the toy re-issues from Hasbro, any true Joe fan will tell you there's always room for more.

Fans of the "Real American Hero" should be in for a Roadblock-sized treat tomorrow night, as "G.I. Joe: Resolute" debuts on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. Written by legendary comics writer Warren Ellis ("Transmetropolitan," "Planetary"), the adult-themed series of five-minute animated shorts will run for 11 episodes both on the Network and online, with a ten-minute finale episode set to air April 25. 'Damon Lindelof'He's credited as the mind behind one of television's most talked-about and acclaimed series of the past few years (ABC's "Lost"), and one would assume he got the geek out of his system writing Marvel's "Ultimate Wolverine Vs. Hulk," but as Damon Lindelof has discovered, the siren song of comics can be a hard thing to ignore. Now, it looks like he's setting his sights on Marvel's crosstown rival for his next potential project.

"I think it's everybody’s dream to write a 'Batman' story," Lindelof told MTV News. "He remains the coolest comic character in my reckoning. As a kid, my favorite character was Green Lantern. My extrapolation of his superpower was that his super power was imagination. I am scrawny and weak but if I had that ring I could come up with some clever things to do with it." Read More...
