It's been a few weeks since we heard anything new about "Surrogates," the upcoming Jonathan Mostow film based on Rob Venditti's sci-fi graphic novel. We've seen Bruce Willis in action in the first "Surrogates" trailer, and been introduced to the wonderful world of cybernetics in various featurettes and various marketing campaigns for the film, but now the first one-sheet promo poster for the film has hit the 'Net.
ComingSoon.net has the exclusive debut of the poster, which features the tagline: "How Do You Save Humanity When The Only Thing That's Real Is You?"
It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of the "Surrogates" graphic novel published by Top Shelf, so this is one of those projects I'm eagerly anticipating even the smallest update. Back in February, we offered you a look inside "The Surrogates: Flesh and Bone," Venditti's upcoming prequel to "The Surrogates," so if the upcoming film is successful, the next logical step will likely be to target "Flesh and Bone" for adaptation, too. Heck, "Surrogates" producer Elizabeth Banks has said as much interviews.
"Surrogates" hits theaters September 25, and along with Willis, will also feature Radha Mitchell and Ving Rhames.
What do you think of the new "Surrogates" poster?
