Among all of the visual stimuli teasing comic book movie fans at this year's Comic-Con, a new poster for "Jonah Hex" was quietly unfurled, offering a nice peek at stars Josh Brolin and Megan Fox. Some fuzzy images of the poster have been popping up around the 'Net in the last 24 hours, but here's a good look at the new promo image for "Jonah Hex" that's now available on Yahoo Movies. Check it out:

As you already know, actor Brandon Routh dropped by Splash Page HQ earlier today to discuss the multiple comic book movies on his plate these days. Along with upcoming roles in "Dead of Night" and "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World," Routh is probably best known for his starring role in another little film called "Superman Returns."

With a role as the Man of Steel behind him and DC/Warner Bros. compelled to make another Superman movie by 2011, Routh would certainly seem an apt choice to reprise his performance -- but what if the studio decides to look elsewhere? I asked Routh how he'd feel about seeing another actor don the ol' red-and-blue tights.

"That's a tough question to ask, but I trust that everything goes as planned and I'd love to return to the character," said Routh. "I love the character and loved working with Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures and I'd be happy to come back."

Keep an eye on Splash Page throughout Comic-Con 2009 for more of our interview with actor Brandon Routh about "Superman Returns," "Dead of Night" and "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World," as well as all of the other movers and shakers in town for the big show!

You can't legitimately cover Comic-Con without spending time with the godfather of comics, Stan "The Man" Lee. So when we got him into our studio for his new motion comic "Time Jumpers," we were enthusiastic to get him in front of our photo booth camera. Being one of the nicest guys on the planet, Stan enthusiastically agreed, and the result is below. When you're done with that, click here to browse our complete Photo Booth.

ShrapnelA local comic book shop may have been Radical Comics' best recruitment tool for finding a director to adapt their comic book property "Shrapnel." Len Wiseman, who wrote and directed the first two "Underworld" movies, claims to have found an issue on the shelf at a store where he was perusing comics with his 11-year old daughter. Though she probably wasn't the target demographic for the book's tatteredly-clothed, tattoo-faced heroine, Wiseman immediately latched on to the story.

"I am really drawn to the reluctant-hero story," Wiseman told The Hollywood Reporter, comparing the character to Bruce Willis' John McClane in "Live Free or Die Hard." Read More...

WhiteoutOne month after it first leaked online, the official trailer for "Whiteout" -- complete with a shot of Kate Becksindale in the shower -- made its return to the Internet legally today, just time for Comic-Con. The adaptation of Greg Rucka and Steve Lieber's graphic novel stayed intact, though the new version appears much cleaner than the one that appeared, disappeared, and resurfaced over several cycles in June.

The deep rusty-voiced tagline is still there: "Nature never intended for you to survive here, but this Fall, nature is not the only thing to fear." Read More...

Green HornetIt’s been a busy last few days for Seth Rogen and his “Green Hornet” team, who kicked off Comic-Con Wednesday by unveiling The Black Beauty -- the iconic car that the funnyman will be driving when cameras soon begin rolling on the 2010 release. After the unveiling of the sleek auto, we also got them to cough up the name of Cameron Diaz and Nicolas Cage’s characters in the film, as well as some other brand-new details.

“Lenore Case, would be her role,” Rogen said of Diaz, confirming that out of the several female leads in the “Green Hornet” radio, TV and movie incarnations over the last 70 years, the “Charlie’s Angels” star will be playing the character nicknamed “Casey.” “Assuming all the deals close, which it looks like they will.” Read More...

"The Green Hornet" star and co-writer Seth Rogen, his writing partner Evan Goldberg and director Michel Gondry kicked off the 2009 Comic-Con in San Diego in grand fashion this evening, unveiling the film's "Black Beauty" -- a night-black, gadget-filled car that Green Hornet and his sidekick Kato will use in the film.

The debut of the tricked-out ride earned a fair share attention from fans -- including the trio of filmmakers, who each posed for photos around the car like regular ol' conventioners after the vehicle was revealed.

"Sometimes you have to go a long way to get back to where you started," Rogen told MTV News. "We went to a lot of major auto manufacturers who pitched different designs and different futuristic takes on it. To us, it was important that it seem like a guy could actually build this car, that it was something you could use on the streets. We ended up falling back on the original '66 Chrysler Imperial."
