Up until now, we've just seen pictures of Idris Elba and Jeffrey Dean Morgan pointing weapons around on the Puerto Rican set of "The Losers." The adaptation of Andy Diggle and Jock's Vertigo series about a black ops outfit spurned by their own government should come with plenty of disposable vehicles ready to be exploded as well, and a new video reportedly shot on-set appears show at least one of those action sequences.
The new half-minute sequence comes directly from the "Losers" set, according to JeffreyDeanMorganUnlimited.com, where it showed up. In the clip, a truck gets some major air from the film's pyrotechnics experts, riding a wave of fire into the sky at about the 26-second mark.
None of the actors are visible, but the background certainly resembles the one seen in earlier shots. The scene may be the same one Elba referenced Sunday in a quick Tweet about his plans for the day.
"My Sunday sees me watching a car get blown 25 feet into the air," the actor wrote. "Not the norm."
It would take a measuring tool to tell for sure, of course, but judging from the video, that truck may have hurdled its 25-foot goal.
