Andy Diggle wins the 2009 Twitter Report award for greatest disappointment upon link click-through. Read on down to his post about Mandarin showing up in "Iron Man 2" to find out what the greatest source of disappointment was during my morning coffee.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Palmiotti and Evan Dorkin brought another depressing point of interest to the comics Twittersphere, linking to a story about legendary artist Frank Frazetta's son robbing the family museum. In other, more hopeful tweets, Neil Gaiman is making tons of latkes for Chanukkah, Marc Bernardin had a positive micro-review for "Avatar" and Bryan Hitch posted an in-progress piece of "Captain America: Reborn."
Check it all out after the jump in the Twitter Report for December 11, 2009.

-Andy Diggle, Writer ("The Losers," "Hellblazer")
@neilhimself It's Chanukkah. Alas I will not get to cook latkes until I get home on Weds, when I'll try to solve the world latke shortage singlehandedly.
-Neil Gaiman, Writer ("The Sandman," "Miracleman")
@marcbernardin Avatar. Yes, it's Pocahantas in space with undercurrents of Ewok. Doesn't mean I didn't thoroughly enjoy myself.
-Marc Bernardin, Writer ("The Authority," "The Highwaymen")
@evandorkin Well, this is sad: Pa. police: Artist's son swipes $20M in paintings http://tinyurl.com/yz4gdwe (It's Frank Frazetta's son) Via @jpalmiotti
-Evan Dorkin, Writer/Aritst ("Milk & Cheese," "Dork!")
@jpalmiotti met frank frazetta a few times. great, fun man with talent to burn. hate to read this crap.
-Jimmy Palmiotti, Writer ("Jonah Hex," "Painkiller Jane")

@swierczy Crap. My literary agent, @davidhalesmith, has joined Twitter. Now he'll know when I'm f*ing off instead of working.
-Duane Swierczynski, Writer ("Cable," "The Immortal Iron Fist")
@Templesmith I get the best Nigerian scam emails. Apparently, British Airways found a box with my name on it containing over $5 million...imagine that!
-Ben Templesmith, Writer/Artist ("30 Days of Night," "Welcome to Hoxford")
