By far one of my favorite characters in the DC Universe, The Spectre makes his debut in the upcoming "Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths" animated feature. Check it out:

The character will make his debut in the first animated short from DC's new Showcase series, which spotlights lesser-known characters from the DCU. The "Spectre" animated short will be available on the "Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths" DVD and Blu-Ray when it hits shelves February 23.
"Entourage" actor Gary Cole will voice The Spectre in a story written by Steve Niles and directed by Joaquim Dos Santos ("G.I Joe: Resolute"). Alyssa Milano will voice another character, Aimee Brenner, in what the studio is calling a "detective story with an ethereal twist."
DC's "Spirit of Vengeance," The Spectre was created in 1940 by Jerry Siegel, and used his mystical abilities to punish criminals in creative (and often terrifying) ways. Along with being an occasional member of the Justice Society of America, the Spectre is usually bonded to a human host who died unjustly and now wields the entity's magical powers to right wrongs.
As comic fans are well aware, The Spectre was bonded to Green Lantern Hal Jordan for a period of time in DCU continuity.
