Filming for "Captain America: The First Avenger" is underway in the U.K., and while we've seen photos of some of the set pieces and a few shots of Captain America in action, we have yet to see any video... until now, that is.
Over at AintItCoolNews.com, a reader has posted some captured video from his office window in Manchester, showing an explosive moment on the 1940s-era set. According to the YouTube user who posted the video, leading lady Hayley Atwell (playing Peggy Carter) appears in the scene, directly in front of an exploding car.
Set in 1940s-era New York City, filming is going on across the pond right now, so it's also worth noting the "Brooklyn Antiques" shop that Peggy Carter runs out of during the shot.
Previously, we gave you a sneak peek at our own visit to the set of "Captain America," including our very own Josh Wigler slinging Cap's shield. And while we haven't seen any shots of Hugo Weaving in costume as Red Skull just yet, we have heard from Kevin Feige about the much-anticipated debut of the villain.
"The First Avenger: Captain America" hits theaters July 22, 2011 with "The Avengers" to follow on May 04, 2012.
