You know what's cooler than bowties? Finding out the premiere date for the next season of "Doctor Who" on BBC America!

Yes, the wait is finally over, fellow Whovians — The Doctor will return on April 23 at 9 PM Eastern for the first half of a two-part season opener, according to EW.com. The premiere was written by showrunner Steven Moffat, and will feature those scenes filmed in the U.S. that we heard so much about last year.
The report also includes a short synopsis of the premiere and a new piece of promo art for Season 6 (or Season 32, if you want to get technical), which you can see above.
Here's the synopsis of the two-part season premiere:
The Doctor (Matt Smith), and his companions Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill), find themselves on a secret summons that takes them on an adventure from the desert in Utah — right to the Oval Office in 1969.
The report indicates that we'll also see more of Alex Kingston as River Song this season, which will hopefully mean some answers to that character's tangled relationship with the time- and space-traveling Doctor.
