We've seen dozens of trailers, television spots, and promotional images for "Green Lantern" lately, but one thing we haven't much of so far are actual clips from the film. That changes today, though, with the premiere of a new clip featuring Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps' resident drill sergeant, Kilowog.
Kilowog voice actor Michael Clarke Duncan debuted the clip during an appearance on G4TV's "Attack of the Show," and discussed why his pre-existing affinity for the Green Lantern Corps made it easy to portray the character. The short piece of footage also revealed yet another way in which Hal will use the ring in the film, as he's forced to create a grappling hook construct to save himself from one of Kilowog's constructs.
Duncan also talked about cats and doing push-ups and stuff, but let's be honest — you want to see the clip.
It looks like Kilowog will be every bit the ring-slinging poozer everyone's hoping for in the film, eh?
"Green Lantern" hits theaters June 17.
