There’s always a lot to learn and see at San Diego Comic-Con, and this year we have the promise of a new, evolved Ghost Rider debuting there to give us an idea of what to expect when“Ghost Rider: Spirt of Vengeance” rolls into theaters.
Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the directors of the 2012 comic-to-movie release, recently took to Twitter to tell us more.
“[C]an't wait to reveal the evolved GR...... comicon [sic] seems like a year away,” they tweeted.
Speaking about the comparison between the Ghost Rider from the 2007 movie and the new one, they added, “[N]ot sure where the last one came from, but this GR comes from nightmares”.
While they wouldn’t tell us exactly what to expect with this evolution, they sound confident in its appeal, also writing, “GRSOV update: this movie is f---ing badass”.
“Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance” stars Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze and is set to premiere in theaters February 2012.
Are you looking forward to seeing the new and evolved “Ghost Rider”? Will you be attending Comic-Con, and, if so, will you be interested in this part of it? Let us know in the comments section or on Twitter!
