Cowboys and Aliens” will hit theaters before the month is over, and a second clip and a featurette have been released to help get you in the mood.

Originally posted over at Superhero Hype, the clip is pretty self-explanatory when you watch it, and mainly shows Daniel Craig on horseback chasing an alien ship.

avengersIf you want to be an extra in a movie, this summer seems to be filled with chances. Just after reporting that “The Dark Knight Rises” needs extras this August in Pittsburgh, we can now report that "The Avengers" needs extras in Cleveland.

Cleveland.com is reporting on this exciting development for anyone who wants to be involved in the movie. The casting call is open, extras will be paid, and possibly up to 2,000 people are needed.

Unfortunately for younger fans, though, you must be at least 18 to be part of this. (If you’re under 18, you may still be able to get into “The Dark Knight Rises” as an extra.)

tintinSan Diego Comic-Con gets lots of famous people stopping by, but world-renowned director Steven Spielberg hasn’t been one of them. Until this time around, that is.

According to Deadline, Spielberg will be at Comic-Con the morning of July 22 to participate in the “The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn” panel. As part of the panel, he will most likely show clips of the movie to the audience. He’ll also be given the Inkpot award.

"The Amazing Spider-Man" swings into theaters next summer but director Marc Webb and his distinguished cast — which includes the aforementioned Garfield as Peter Parker, Emma Stone as ill-fated Gwen Stacey — are already hard at work on crafting that radioactive Spider-Man's latest big-screen outing.

Want proof? Just check out the latest photo of Garfield as the wall-crawler, as debuted on the cover of the latest Entertainment Weekly!

Several more photos and interviews with the cast and crew are on their way, but for now, we've got this great look at Peter Parker, as well as confirmation from EW that, yes, Ifans is playing Curt Connors, "who, in an experiment gone wrong, transforms into one of Spider-Man’s most formidable foes ever, the Lizard."

We'll be discussing all things Cap and answering the questions you submitted.

"I did not get to keep any of the costumes, unfortunately," Evans told us. "Because a lot of times on films you have to go back to do re-shoots, and if they don't have the suit available, we're in trouble. And no, they were not comfortable," he added.

Let me just say that I've been having a hard time writing about "Cowboys & Aliens," and not for the reasons you might think. First, I am totally anti-spoiler, so I've been trying to avoid all the teasers, trailers and previews. Impossible, as it turns out, because the audience I serve doesn't care about my spoiler sensitivities! Second, as a woman who is very much a fan of Westerns and the men who act in them, every time I see Daniel Craig in all his rugged, dusty, excellence, I lose my train of thought...

What was I talking about? Right. There's a new "Cowboys & Aliens" clip out today, entitled "You Owe Me," that features a nice little scene between our heroes Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford) and Lonergan (Craig).

In the one-minute clip, we see a few of the anxious townsfolk witness a violent scuffle between an alien and a human(?) shown in silhouette through a hotel or shop window. The alien might have been injured, but runs off in the distance before he/she can be caught. Dolarhyde basically calls for a posse to be assembled to go look for the creature. What follows is a delightfully Western, testosterone-fueled exchange between Ford and Craig.

The Walking DeadAMC has been crafty with their unveiling of any teasers or previews for the highly-anticipated second season of "Walking Dead." I say crafty, in that I appreciate the less-is-more approach to marketing. I don't want to know EVERYTHING about a favorite show before it airs! Some of you might call that frustrating.

Anyway! Good news today, in that AMC has announced they'll be airing a sneak peek of the show during the premiere of "Breaking Bad" on Sunday, July 17.

What will be featured in said video has naturally not been disclosed. I predict we'll see some zombies. Gross, smelly, weird-sound-making ones.

sgtrockGuy Ritchie has been busy with directing the “Sherlock Holmes” sequel, "A Game of Shadows,” but he might already have his next project on his plate... and it's a blast from the past on more than one level.

According to Twitch Film, Ritchie is once again being courted by Warner Brothers for a film version of “Sgt. Rock.” We say "once again" because Ritchie was previously attached to the project before "I Am Legend" director Francis Lawrence replaced him.
