The Dark Knight doesn't rest, not even on weekends.
A whole slew of new videos from the set of Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" have hit the web over the weekend and showcase some exciting new scenes from the movie. There aren't many spoilers in these videos like previous leaks have included, but there's still plenty to get excited about.
» Remember all those photos of the Batwing on set? Well, now you finally get to see it in action, sort of. Bleeding Cool snagged a video of the Batwing being rolled around on set, and flown around by a helicopter. The video is from a distance so it's hard to see who was in the scene as it was filming. Sorry for shattering your hopes that Nolan had somehow found a way to make the Batwing operational on its own.
» Batman-News.com got their hands on a more pulse-pounding video from the Los Angeles set of "The Dark Knight Rises." The video shows Christian Bale recording a massive chase scene where the Gotham City PD is going after Batman in full force. As Latino Review points out, it's almost like they think he killed Harvey Dent or something. Wonder what gave them that impression...
» And finally, Italian actor Massi Furlan has joined the cast of "The Dark Knight Rises." Monsters and Critics broke the news and said that, though Furlan has already shot several scenes, they don't know what role he will be playing.
"The Dark Knight Rises" is slated to hit theaters on July 20, 2012.
