Even superheroes need help sometimes. In this exclusive clip from today's DVD release of volume two from season one of "Young Justice," the animated series that follows Superboy, Robin and other teen heroes as they fight evil, the grown-up Justice League drop a little knowledge on the kids.

The clip takes place after an encounter with Amazo, the power-adopting android. Young Justice was able to take out Amazo, but let his creator, Professor Ivo, escape. Batman and the rest of the Justice League have some advice for their younger counterparts, but remind them that the team exists because everyone could use a hand.

The Walking Dead

"The Walking Dead," like the zombies strewn about the show's post-apocalyptic wasteland, is here to stay.

The AMC Network has renewed the staggeringly successful horror series, based on Robert Kirkman's much loved and long running "Walking Dead" comic books, for a third season. Another year of "Walking Dead" madness was all but a sure thing following the show's massive, ratings-shattering season premiere — the series broke the record for most watched drama in the history of television with its return this year — but still, an official confirmation is very, very nice to hear.

James McAvoy

It still isn’t official that there will be any sequels to “X-Men: First Class,” but if there are, James McAvoy will definitely be back as Professor X.

“I’d be up for it,” the Scottish actor said in an interview with Total Film. “But the truth is I’m contractually obliged to be up for it because they made us all sign multiple picture deals!”

Arkham City

I've spent a great deal of time with "Batman: Arkham City" lately. Every night for the last week, I have grapnel-boosted my way across the skyline of Goth – er, Arkham City, dispatching goofy thugs with a quick drop of my black boot. On more than one occasion, I have suddenly realized that the sun was peeking through the window, leading to yet another day without sleep. Yes, the game is just that good.

The game is so good, in fact, that some eager fans out there just may want to dress up like the Bat himself. A few artists recently got together and produced what has to be the most detailed real-life representation of the game's amazing suit.

Akira

The casting process is moving quickly on Warner Bros. upcoming live action adaptation of "Akira." "Tron: Legacy" star Garrett Hedlund is reportedly the front runner for the role of Kaneda, and now Gary Oldman and Helena Bonham Carter are supposedly in the mix as well.

Twitch reports that Oldman has been offered the role of The Colonel and Bonham Carter is being asked to play Lady Miyako. Though the actors haven't officially come on board yet, the report signals that director Jaume Collet-Serra is already looking to fill up secondary roles.

Thousands of walkers claimed the Jersey Shore boardwalk over the weekend in Asbury Park during the 2011 Zombie Walk. The event, in its fourth year, was started by Jason Meehan, 30, who admits it started out of pure jealousy.

“A friend went to a Zombie Walk in Atlanta and I really wanted to find an event like that around where I lived in NJ," he said. "I realized there wasn't anything like it… [and] the rest is sort of history!”

You might have to wait until May to see the Avengers assemble on the big screen, but you can check out the adventures of Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and the Hulk on DVD tomorrow (October 25) when volumes 3 and 4 of the animated series "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" hits stores. We have an exclusive clip from the new DVD release. Check it out below!

In the exclusive clip, you get to see the prince of Asgard squaring off against one of Captain America's nemeses Baron Zemo and his Masters of Evil. Fans of the comics should recognize a number of characters like Baron Zemo, who haven't made their way into the film adaptations quite yet, including Kang the Conqueror. Thor does his best even though he's out-matched against the Masters of Evil, but the fight is just a little too unfair.

Much Ado

"The Avengers" was not shot with an iPhone, despite reports to the contrary. But here's an outrageous sounding factoid that actually is true: busy "Avengers" director Joss Whedon cooked up his own secret indie movie while directing Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and it's a project of literally Shakespearean proportions.

Whedon, currently hard at work assembling the likes of Iron Man, Captain America and Thor for Marvel Studios' superhero team-up, has announced the completion of principal photography on "Much Ado About Nothing," a movie based on the classic William Shakespeare play of the same name.

Sin City 2

There's been talk about a "Sin City 2" for years now, with the back and forth dialogue focusing on partially written scripts and delays. But at New York Comic Con, the creator of the comics and co-director Frank Miller told MTV Geek that he and Robert Rodriguez were polishing up the script to potentially begin production soon.

"Robert Rodriguez and I are finishing up the script on 'Sin City' right now and could be shooting as early as this spring," Miller says. His comments line up with what Rodriguez said earlier this year.

The Riddler is definitely a weirdo, but flying around the titular setting of "Batman: Arkham City," it would appear that Edward Nigma is the busiest weirdo in the universe.
