If it wasn't official before, it's officially official now: Tony Stark is coming to Comic-Con!
Variety has the details on a variety (sorry) of panels slated to appear at the San Diego show this year, including Marvel's much awaited "Iron Man 3" panel. The third solo outing of Robert Downey Jr's Armored Avenger will reign supreme over Hall H at 6 p.m. PST on July 14, though no further details — such as who will be on the panel, and what films Marvel might represent beyond the "Iron Man" sequel — are currently available.
In addition to "Iron Man," numerous other big budget blockbusters are coming to Hall H on Saturday of Comic-Con, including but not limited to Zack Snyder's Superman reboot "Man of Steel," Peter Jackson's years-in-the-making "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," and Guillermo Del Toro's triumphant return to monster movies "Pacific Rim."
We're looking forward to all of those panels, sure, but we'd be lying if we didn't say we're particularly pumped about catching a glimpse at the next Marvel movie. And who knows? Could be the perfect time for Kevin Feige and friends to announce "Black Panther," "Ant-Man" or any other number of Marvel movies!
