For the third weekend in a row, "The Dark Knight Rises" emerged as the box office champion, taking home $36.4 million domestically and bringing its U.S. total up to a very robust $354.6 million. "Total Recall," on the flip side, netted a disappointing $26 million in its debut weekend. Perhaps moviegoers aren't quite feeling the reboot fever that studios have been banking on in recent years — or maybe the film's 31% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes speaks loudly enough on its own.
