It's been a big week for people connected to Daredevil, in more ways than one. Not only is Fox considering letting the rights to the Man Without Fear lapse back to Marvel Studios, but the man who famously played Matt Murdock almost ten years ago — Ben Affleck — has found himself in the crosshairs of the comic book movie game once again.
This time, Affleck is reportedly in contention for a behind-the-scenes role on a superhero movie. Variety reports that the "Gone Baby Gone" and "The Town" filmmaker is currently meeting with Warner Bros. about directing their planned adaptation of "Justice League." The studio is so serious about Affleck that he's the only director to receive a copy of "Gangster Squad" writer Will Beall's "Justice League" script, according to the report.
