Christopher Nolan's "Dark Knight" trilogy is over, but questions remain, particularly surrounding the final installment, "The Dark Knight Rises." Why was Batman so reckless in his first battle against Bane, for one? How has no one put together that Bruce Wayne and Batman are one and the same? Why didn't Lucius Fox just flood the reactor chamber rather than forking over the most powerful nuclear weapon in Gotham City?
All of these questions and more are being dealt with in the latest parody video from the How It Should Have Ended gang. Want to know how "Dark Knight Rises" really should have ended? Click on and see for yourself!
I have to say, I share a lot of the same frustrations that Superman has at the end of the video. "I still can't get over how no important Gotham characters died in that story. Like, nobody. Even you," the Man of Steel tells the Caped Crusader over a cup of joe. "You had your back broken, your heart broken, your bank account even broken — you even got stabbed, dude! How are you still breathing right now?"
Then again, I am equally satisfied with the Dark Knight's answer: "Because I'm Batman!" Works every time.
