"Arrow" has a "Battlestar Galactica" veteran firmly in its sights. But when next you see the man formerly known as Helo, he'll be far from the heroic Raptor operator we all know and love.
Tahmoh Penikett of "BSG" and "Dollhouse" fame is just the latest geek-friendly face to join the cast of The CW's Green Arrow adaptation. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Penikett has landed the villainous role of Tom Salvati, mob boss Frank Bertinelli's right hand man. Bertinelli, played by "24" veteran Jeffrey Nordling, also happens to be the father of Helena Bertinelli, better known to fans as Huntress.
Huntress' first appearance on "Arrow" is scheduled for the show's sixth episode, but it's unclear if that's the same place where we'll get our first look at Salvati. Furthermore, it's unknown if Salvati is a one-off or recurring character. We'll find out more for sure once "Arrow" hits the air next month.
