If you're anything like me, then you're probably wondering why Earth's mightiest heroes didn't give a call to crystal chemistry expert Walter White when researching the properties of the Tesseract. Though that "Breaking Bad"/"Avengers" crossover never came to be, there was another person on the Marvel movie's team secretly hoping to merge the two worlds.
In an interview with The Playlist, Samuel L. Jackson revealed that "Avengers" and "Breaking Bad" both shot in nearby studios in Albuquerque, New Mexico, leading to Jackson's desire for a Fury-"Bad" cameo.
It wouldn't have even been a complicated cameo, either. According to the actor, he just wanted his eyepatch-wearing super-spy to drop in on the drug drama's infamous Pollos Hermanos chicken establishment.
"I just wanted to order a three piece and really freak people out," he joked. "Then people would be going, 'Wow, was that him?'"
The cameo wasn't meant to be, but hey, there's still one more season of "Breaking Bad" left — plenty of time to give Walter a get-out-of-jail-free card courtesy of Director Fury, right?
