War is coming to the Prison in the second half of "The Walking Dead's" third season, and Rick Grimes was the one to bring it.
The latest trailer for the February 10 return of AMC's hit zombie series promises that Rick and the Governor will come face to face in the coming episodes. In fact, it does more than promise it: The trailer shows them meeting for what seems like the first time. "We have a lot to talk about," the Governor tells Rick in the scene.

It will be interesting to see just how far the Governor takes his victim role as the one whose people were attacked in the back half of season three. Sure, Rick and the Prison survivors raided Woodbury, but the Governor captured and tortured their people first. Somehow we doubt the Governor will fess up to that when it comes time to talk to his people.
He tells Andrea that he won't be caught unawares again, but neither will Rick & Co. It's exciting and a bit terrifying to see both sides preparing for war against one another since, as we all know, there aren't many humans left alive in the zombie apocalypse.
