Get ready to meet The Count in tonight's episode of "Arrow," "Vertigo." The villain, portrayed by "Fringe" actor Seth Gabel, is the man pushing the drug Vertigo on the population of Starling City, and it's up to Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen to stop him.
Judging by The Hollywood Reporter's new clip from the episode, which can be seen after the jump, Oliver starts off with a pretty good plan. He goes to buy a big chunk of The Count's wares, but their meeting gets spoiled by Starling PD. Be warned: Things really turn sour when The Count catches Oliver by surprise.
"The Count is a trickster, and he comes from the street," Gabel told THR of his character. "Most of the people on Oliver's list are white-collar villains … but The Count is unique in that he relishes the opportunity to prove his own dominance over any force in Starling City and as a force of the street. He feels like he can take on anything, including the Arrow."
"Arrow" airs Wednesdays on The CW at 8 p.m.
