The "Guardians of the Galaxy" cast continues to grow in sometimes unexpected ways, and we can now add Enzo Cilenti to the expanding cast list. The actor revealed his involvement via a Tweet, one that may or may not be Marvel approved (they usually keep this stuff under wraps, Enzo!).
I may or may not be in #Guardiansofthegalaxy. I am sworn to secrecy so can't say. In entirely unrelated news, "I am".

Cilenti will appear in this summer's "Kick-Ass 2" in a role that's unrevealed, much like his apparent "Guardians" one. The actor's previous credits include the film "The Fourth Kind" as well as the shows "Prisoners' Wives" and "Rome."
After securing their lead, non-animal, non-plant actors (Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista), "Guardians" has started filling out the rest of the cast. They recently cast Ophelia Lovibond in an unspecified, possibly villainous, role and Michael Rooker as original Guardian Yondu Udonta. Lee Pace was rumored to be up for the role of the main villain, who could either be the Collector or the Controller.
Rooker's casting as an old school Guardian means that there could be other Guardian parts up for grabs besides the all CGI Rocket Raccoon and Groot. Could Cilenti be one of these retro Guardians? Major Victory, perhaps?
UPDATE: The tweet has since been taken down.
