In what now seems unfortunate timing, popular biography comic publisher Bluewater Productions announced the latest subject in its line of "Political Power" comics yesterday evening: Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy. The Democratic senator and leader of one of the most powerful political families in U.S. history died just before midnight last night.
Bluewater's press release regarding "Political Power: Ted Kennedy" went wide only hours before Kennedy's death, stating that the "Lion of the Senate" would "roar as a new comic book biography" scheduled for release in November.

"We are truly saddened for his families loss," Bluewater president Darren G. Davis told MTV News. "He was a true icon in American politics who was respected by his friends as well as his critics. The Ted Kennedy comic book has been in production since the 'Political Power' series was developed in March.
