The Wolverine

There are still a few more months to go until we get our first look at "The Wolverine." The movie wraps filming tomorrow, but director James Mangold has confirmed that a trailer won't be coming out until next year.

The upcoming "Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One" collector's edition set might have been pushed back until April 2, 2013, but Marvel Studios is making the wait well worth it. The boxed set goes on pre-sale later today, and the fact that it will include a look at the movies in the upcoming MCU: Phase Two might be enough to convince some fans to take the $219 plunge.

Phase One

"[The set includes] footage, concept art, and a few new surprises," Kevin Feige told Entertainment Weekly of the Phase Two preview in the collector's edition set. "Also, look for a nod to 'Iron Man 3' in the Tony Stark S.H.I.E.L.D. file in the box set.”

Loki

Tom Hiddleston has perfected the art of talking about the upcoming "Thor: The Dark World" without actually giving any major spoilers away. In a new interview, he sets up the forthcoming Marvel movie and how it follows up the events of "The Avengers."

"Our springboard for the second 'Thor' film has been to ask the question, at the end of 'Avengers' when Thor and Loki are kind of beamed up back to Asgard through some kind of link in the Bifrost chain, everybody up there in space is going to have an opinion on what happened over the course of 'Avengers,'" Hiddleston explained to Digital Spy. "So Thor and Loki were gone from Asgard for a time, and to all intents and purposes, all hell broke loose."

Kevin Feige

After the success Marvel Studios has had this past year with the ensemble superhero film "Marvel's The Avengers," could anyone but Kevin Feige be named Motion Picture Showman of the Year?

The Publicists of the International Cinematographers Guild, better known as IATSE Local 600, doesn't seem to think so. The organization will give Feige the Showman of the Year award at its 50th annual Awards Luncheon in Beverly Hills on February 22, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Though "The Avengers" is his latest accomplishment (as is the successful completion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One), Feige has received this honor because of his achievements over the past decade.

Electro

What do we have to look forward to in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2"? A whole lot, according to director Marc Webb.

"We're going to explore Peter Parker's universe more in a deeper way, and we're going to get to know some new characters who are familiar from the comics but haven't yet been introduced in our universe," Webb explained in an answer to a fan question, referencing the recently-cast Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson and rumors of Jamie Foxx as Electro. "There's a new villain and there is a further exploration of the relationship between Peter Parker and his parents, which I think will be really exciting for the audience."

ElfQuest

The next comic book movie adaptation could tell the story of "ElfQuest."

Warner Bros. had been working on an adaptation of the Wendy and Richard Pini comic book that launched in 1978 for a while now, but that fell through earlier this year.
