"There's a war coming. You sure you're on the right side?"

Indeed, matters of war are most especially brewing on the set of "X-Men: Days of Future Past," the all-star X-Men movie reuniting director Bryan Singer with actors like Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen and Hugh Jackman, while teaming up with relative newcomers like Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence.

In his latest two tweets from the set, Singer has posted a look at the non-mutant dealings happening in "Days of Future Past." Specifically, dealings that involve President Richard Nixon and the Vietnam War.

Amazing Spider-Man Gwen Stacy

by Brett White

Here's an "Amazing Spider-Man 2" update that's a little less spoilery than yesterday's, unless you're shocked to find out that at some point during next summer's Spidey sequel, Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy swing around Manhattan. Shocking!

But not really. Of course, Gwen's outfit in these pics could tie into something shocking, as it's an outfit we've already seen before. These photos taken alone, though, are more fun than spoilery. They show Emma Stone and (we assume) Andrew Garfield swinging through Manhattan sans stunt doubles. They're really swinging! Check out a few of the pics below.

Superman

by Brett White

We're just under two weeks away from "Man of Steel" hitting theaters, so pretty soon we'll see moving versions of these new stills on big screens and, in some cases, with one extra dimension added on. But right now all we have are stills (and trailers, of course), and we now have two more to add to the collection.

These new stills feature Henry Cavill as Superman, sure, but they also include two important supporting players: Amy Adams and Christopher Meloni. You can check out the two new stills below.

Amazing Spider-Man 2

by Brett White

Tenacious photographers have managed to capture a few exciting moments from "The Amazing Spider-Man 2's" set as it films in New York City, ranging from a first look at Paul Giamatti as the Rhino, to another big potential spoiler. Photos from yesterday's work day are more in the latter category than the former, as they reveal something that, honestly, I don't think anyone's yet considered.

Due to the spoilery nature of these photos, they're hidden after the jump.

Thor

by Brett White

The June 2013 issue of Empire Magazine appears to be overflowing with comic book content, including a Wolverine cover and, apparently, some new photos from "Thor: The Dark World." Now some hi-res versions of those new photos have made their way online, thanks to thormovies.tumblr.com, and one of them offers the clearest shot of Thor to date. Check out the pics below.

Kick-Ass

by Brett White

It looks like Peter Parker isn't the only superhero capable of getting vertical. In a new promo image for "Kick-Ass 2," actor Aaron Johnson takes flight as his alter ego Dave Lizewski (whose alter ego is Kick-Ass... lot of alter egos happening here). The photo is the latest image released to promote the film. We've already seen a bunch of up-close and personal character posters and a few stills. This image, however, is much more landing on your face than in your face.

Spider-Man

It's been a busy week for the cast and crew of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2," as shown on director Marc Webb's Twitter feed. The director's active documentation of the film's production captured a few choice moments over the last few days, offering personal looks at a few of the stories we've reported recently. One tweet shows Spider-Man playing basketball on a court in Chinatown, and another shows the crew hard at work capturing the Rhino's rampage on camera. You can check out all of the TwitPics below, and be sure to check out past editions of TwitPic Round Up linked below!

Trask

FROM MTV GEEK

Bryan Singer's latest tweet from the "X-Men: Days of Future Past" set is not as controversial as his last one, but it's still very newsworthy. After we first posited that Peter Dinklage will be playing Bolivar Trask (the inventor of the mutant-hunting Sentinel robots), that theory has gone on to have a life of its own. In fact, MTV Geek confronted Dinklage with the name "Bolivar Trask" to interesting results. Now, just a few days after Dinklage arrived on the "Days of Future Past" set, we have confirmation that Trask Industries will be playing a big part in the film. Well, at least a big enough part to justify a jumpsuit.

What's really interesting is just how similar the logo is to the classic Sentinel model, from the color to the way the stylized "T" almost makes a roboty face. Check out MTV Geek for the full tweet and more information!

Is this enough proof for you that Dinklage is playing Trask? Let us know in the comments below or hit us up on Twitter!

Christopher Mintz-Plasse

Gone are the days of McLovin. Here to stay is the reign of the Motherf---er.

Christopher Mintz-Plasse upgrades his name and level of villainy in "Kick-Ass 2," transforming from Red Mist into a vicious alias that we can't even fully spell out for you without a bar of soap in our mouths. Producer Matthew Vaughn tells Empire that even though Chris D'Amico is up to no good in the "Kick-Ass" sequel, audiences are going to love what they see.

Rhino

by Brett White

While the rest of America celebrated Memorial Day, Paul Giamatti and the crew of "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" shot a scene dubbed "Park Avenue Showdown" in a tweet by director Marc Webb. If you happened to wander around the 52nd and Park area of Manhattan this past weekend and noticed a commotion, then this is what caused that commotion.

Giamatti appeared as Rhino for the first time in public, squaring off against Spider-Man in broad daylight. But unlike Jamie Foxx, who obviously endured hours of makeup to become Electro, Giamatti's getting the CG treatment (unless this take on Rhino is more like a tiny "Pacific Rim" robot). Check out Giamatti's pre-CG look below.
