Volstagg

by Brett White

Even with a ton of posters already revealed, "Thor: The Dark World" still has a few more up its chainmail sleeve as evidenced by today's double debut.

Two members of the Warriors Three now have character posters, leaving poor Hogun apparently bringing up the rear. The pair of posters show off Ray Stevenson's Volstagg and newcomer Zachary Levi as Fandral. The former "Chuck" leading man took over for Josh Dallas, who played Fandral in 2011's "Thor" and could not journey to "The Dark World" due to his commitments as Prince Charming on ABC's "Once Upon A Time."

You can check out both posters after the jump, as well as a new featurette focusing on "Thor: The Dark World's" Icelandic locales.

Malekith

by Brett White

When a movie has a cast that's packed with great characters both old and new, that movie is bound to have approximately one bajillion posters. "Thor: The Dark World" proves that rule to be true, as it has just released two more posters featuring Heimdall and Malekith. In his second character poster, the dark elf played by Christopher Eccleston is not riding solo. He's backed up by his army of super creepy minions, all wearing those ghastly emotionless masks.

Heimdall finally gets a "Dark World" poster, showing off Idris Elba's sword-swinging gatekeeper in all of his golden-armored glory. After only a few brief scenes in the first "Thor," we're hoping Heimdall gets a bit more to do—and from the looks of the latest TV spot, we may have our hopes fulfilled.

You can check out the two new posters, as well as a new featurette featuring interviews with Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth, after the jump.

Sif

by Brett White

Move over Odin's birds, there's a new character poster in town and it has a much cooler attention-stealer: a fiery battlefield! Yep, Jaimie Alexander's Sif is the latest cast "Thor: The Dark World" cast member to get her own poster. The image features none other than the Lady Sif, her big ol' sword, and enough flying dirt to fill a monster truck rally.

This is definitely one of my favorite posters of the bunch, if only because it shows Sif in the thick of battle, being the bad ass we saw when she threatened Loki and squared off against some elves in the latest trailer. If you aren't on the Sif bandwagon yet, then you need to check out Kathryn Immonen and Valerio Schiti's excellent, recently-concluded Sif-centric run on "Journey Into Mystery." The "Journey Into Mystery: Stronger Than Monsters" collection basically acts as a crash course in Sif's awesomeness.

Odin

by Brett White

The latest character poster for "Thor: The Dark World" has something that the previous ones for Loki and Malekith didn't have: ravens. And Anthony Hopkins, yeah, but also ravens.

Thor's father Odin is the focus of the newest poster for the next Marvel movie, a movie that he will hopefully remain fully conscious throughout—unlike 2011's "Thor," where Loki's scheming caused Odin to slumber for a good chunk of the film. Joining Sir Anthony Hopkins on the poster are a number of birds, two of which one could assume to be Odin's ravens from Norse mythology, Hugin and Munin. The duo of birds have also played a role in the Marvel Comics version of Norse mythology, having debuted in 1978's "Thor" #274. Yes, I did do a bit of research for this post. Check out the full poster after the jump!

RIPD

It doesn't look like Ryan Reynolds will return as Green Lantern anytime soon, and it doesn't look great for "Deadpool" moving forward, either. But neither of those facts can keep the actor away from the comic book movie game for long.

In fact, Reynolds is right back in the thick of it with this summer's "R.I.P.D.," an action-comedy based on the Dark Horse Comics series of the same name. A brand new poster for the film has gone online via Collider, showing Reynolds and co-star Jeff Bridges glowering with guns aglow.

Wolverine

by Brett White

As the teaser from earlier today showed, there's going to be a lot of swordplay in this summer's "The Wolverine." And fittingly, the latest poster for the film shows Hugh Jackman making use of a new kind of blade in addition to his trademark adamantium claws. Take a look at the new poster below.

Iron Man 3

"Iron Man 3" has another brand new poster — and more importantly, it has a bunch of brand new sets of armor.

The latest poster for the third "Iron Man" film premiered today at Yahoo, showing a battle-damaged Tony Stark floating in the ocean just outside of his ruined seafront property. He's surrounded by a bevy of other Iron Man suits, and a close look shows that each of the suits are different from one another — many of them suits we haven't seen before.

Mandarin

The Mandarin of "Iron Man 3" has a very goofy voice, if we're going by the trailer. Believe it or not, his poster is even goofier.

Empire debuted the first Mandarin-centric "Iron Man 3" poster today, showing Ben Kingsley sitting in repose as the ring-clad nemesis of Tony Stark. His interest in the Armored Avenger goes beyond wanting to destroy him, too — if those shades he's wearing are any indication, he wants to emulate Tony's fashion sense as well.

Guy Pearce

Guy Pearce says his "Iron Man 3" role amounts to little more than a cameo. If that's true, then why is he getting his very own "Iron Man 3" poster?

Marvel Studios released a brand new poster this week featuring Aldrich Killian, the scientist and businessman with a mind for nanotechnology, played by Pearce in the upcoming "Iron Man" threequel. Get a better look at the poster below!
