FROM MTV GEEK:
Toy Fair begins in earnest next week, but previews are already well underway. Our friends at MTV Geek are covering the show extensively, beginning with their first look at the "Dark Knight Rises" and "Man of Steel" Mez-itz hitting shelves in the coming months. While you're at it, keep an eye on Mezco's "Axe Cop" plans — if you don't, we will chop you!

FROM MTV GEEK:
Is there not enough Michonne in your life? Todd McFarlane and Robert Kirkman feel the same way, which is why the two comic book icons teamed together for a monstrously impressive statue of Michonne from "The Walking Dead."
Head to MTV Geek for Kirkman and McFarlane's thoughts on the statue!
Hot Toys have a Black Widow collectible to add to your "Avengers" lineup, estimate to arrive later this month. Before the figure hits shelves, however, you might want to sneak a peek at the final product — luckily for you, Hot Toys have published numerous photos of the Widow. Check out some highlights below!
Kneel before Zod! Or before his action figure, at least!
USA Today has the scoop on a whole bunch of "Man of Steel" toys headed your way throughout the year, including a first look at a brand new General Zod action figure, pictured above. We've only seen Michael Shannon's alien war-lord in a few blink-and-you'll-miss-it shots in the trailer, so you can argue that this is our best look yet at what the Kryptonian villain will look like in the film.
There are a lot of "Iron Man 3" toys on the way, but the latest batch of Marvel Pop! figurines could be worth a bit more attention than just trying to figure out if we'll add them to our collection or not.
As pointed out by /Film, four new "Iron Man 3" Pop! toys have been unveiled. One is the Mark 47 suit which has now become a staple of "Iron Man 3" promotion, the other is Rhodey's War Machine and a third is the Iron Patriot. But it's the fourth suit that has us the most interested. If you want to stay spoiler-free for "Iron Man 3," turn away now.
If you thought Hot Toys' "Iron Man 3" bust looked cool, just wait until you see the new 1/6th scale figure of Tony Stark they've revealed.
The first shots of the limited edition collectible figurine come courtesy of the Hot Toys Facebook page. In addition to Stark, the set comes with a "newly developed head sculpt, newly sculpted advanced body with light-up chest light and highly detailed accessories."
Were those "Iron Man 3" busts not enough for you earlier this week? Well, you're in luck, because Hasbro has a new line of toys tied into the upcoming movie on the way.
The new "Iron Man 3" action figures are due to arrive on February 11, USA Today reports. That's a good three months before the movie is expected to hit theaters on May 4.
These action figures have a fun twist: Consumers can customize their Iron Man or War Machine suits with different pieces and parts, and can also add accessories like projectile launchers. This way, fans can get their own unique version of Iron Man.
The comic book movie statues are coming, the comic book movie statues are coming! Both Hot Toys and DC Comics have unveiled some of the "Iron Man 3" and "Man of Steel" tie-in merchandise we can expect this year, and it looks great.
First up: Hot Toys. The company unveiled some of its 2013 line-up on its Facebook (via ComingSoon.net) and, unsurprisingly, there's plenty of "Iron Man 3" stuff in there. There are two Iron Man busts, one of which can be seen above, as well as a set of Tony Stark's lab and some mini-Iron Man suits.
The days of the "Dark Knight" trilogy are behind us, but as is the case with Batman, legends live forever — especially when action figures are around to keep that legend alive.
Such is the case with the upcoming 1/6th scale "Dark Knight Rises" Bane collectible made by Hot Toys. The figure's release date is still weeks away — BigBadToyStore.com estimates a March 2013 shipping date — but you can bide your time by feasting your eyes on brand new photos of Bane, posted on the Hot Toys Facebook page.

There is no such thing as too much Agent Coulson. We've had him in multiple Marvel movies, we're getting him on a weekly television series, and you can enjoy him daily thanks to Clark Gregg's frequent Twitter updates.
And now, here's a brand-new way to bring Coulson into your lives: Hot Toys' action figure adaptation of the fan-favorite S.H.I.E.L.D. agent.
There's no release date for the Coulson toy beyond the vague "coming soon," but until it hits shelves, you can take comfort in three spectacular preview photos, seen below.
