Conan"Conan the Barbarian" may attract some audience members based solely on its bare-chested sword fights and monsters this week. For Matt Fraction, however, the key selling point seems to be Morgan Freeman's voice (or that of someone who sounds suspiciously similar to Freeman).

Joe Hill, meanwhile, dug BBC America's new spy show "The Hours." His micro-review, a hint about a change in "Batman Beyond" and a tease from Fred Van Lente about a new project he's working on piqued our interest in the feed this morning and made the retweet list.

Joss StoneIt's been a dangerous week for singer Joss Stone and "Game of Thrones" star Sean Bean. Stone was the target of an alleged murder conspiracy, while Bean reportedly survived a street attack in London. Brian Lynch and Phil Noto commented on these topics, while Dan Slott reflected on seeing Spider-Man and Bill Clinton in the same room.

Check out how that felt, along with which creator thinks he should have been invited to a "Green Lantern" screening and why Brian Michael Bendis doesn't hate DC comics after the jump.

McBride has had some words to say on the project, but how about the comic book's creator, Adam Beechen?

"I'm pretty blown away, as you might imagine," Beechen told Comic Book Resources. "It's actually been in the works for a couple of months. And I wasn't allowed to talk about it and it was driving me crazy. Only a couple of people besides me knew about it and I just wanted to climb up to the rooftop and scream about it for the last two months." Read More...
