'Iron Man'Apparently Odin's chamber for 'Thor' wasn't the only Marvel movie peek Brian Michael Bendis got this week. He also says he saw "Iron Man 2." That must mean Jon Favreau's overtime editing hours are paying off. The film's director has been so busy during barbershop business hours lately that he's been forced to Flowbee his own haircuts.

In other Twitterverse news, Stan Lee completed a pitch for a new mystery program on Cartoon Network. Check out what he tweeted after the jump along with Kevin Smith's wish for "New Moon" watchers, Bryan Lee O'Malley's Scott Pilgrim book update and Bill Willingham's daunting workload for the month. It's all in the Twitter Report for November 20, 2009.

AvatarStan Lee may be done with his "Iron Man 2" cameo, but "Thor" still awaits. He tweeted about his high expectations last night, including what it will take to get him to Asgard.

Meanwhile at the Marvel offices in New York, editor Axel Alonso posted a behind-the-scenes look at what you can expect to see in a bathroom there. After the jump, there's also Dennis Calero's design obervation about James Cameron's "Avatar," Edgar Wright's early memories of "Labyrinth" and Tony Harris on wrapping up "Ex Machina."

Doctor Who - TwitterThe "Man Men" season finale Sunday night had more than a few Twitter accounts waiting to see what the third season's cliffhanger would be. Matt Fraction, Jon Favreau and Mike Costa all had reasons to be pleased by the time it was all over. Don't worry though; their tweets are spoiler free.

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" launches this week, and quite a few comics folks seem to have gotten their hands on advance copies. At least one got in to the launch party last night as well. Find out who that was after the jump along with a pair of "Doctor Who" posts, a Bryan Lee O'Malley prediction for "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" and a new Elvis discovery by Chris Staros.

Micronauts-TwitterSomeone appears to have finally told Stan Lee that Anthony Hopkins will play Odin in "Thor," and he had a thing or two to tweet about it, including what he would like to do in the film when it comes out in 2011. Also on the Marvel movie front, "Iron Man 2" director Jon Favreau expressed dismay over the effect "World of Warcraft" could have on his editing process.

Elsewhere, Bryan Lee O'Malley shared a look at the new Danish-translated "Scott Pilgrim" volume he received, as well as some on-the-fly Google interpretation of Danish. You can find all those tweets after the jump along with Dan Slott on "Micronauts," Jim Lee on the passing of Halloween and a rad custom Mockingbird action figure.

Jason SchwartzmanBack in August, Jason Schwartzman got cryptic when he addressed his upcoming "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World" battle. Even though he could only hint at his role in the film's final fisticuffs, the star was keen on sharing his overall experience playing the evil Gideon.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Schwartzman praised director Edgar Wright, as well as his Scott Pilgrim challenger Michael Cera for contributing to an enjoyable experience.

“I had so much fun [on ‘Scott Pilgrim’],” said Schwartzman. “I was working with two people I admire so much, Edgar Wright, [the director of] ‘Shaun of the Dead’ and ‘Hot Fuzz,’ and Michael Cera, who in my view is the best [actor] working. I got to learn how to sword fight and battle and I got to go up on the wires for some flying kicks and stuff.” Read more...

Scott PilgrimIf you're looking for any pointers on "Scott Pilgrim" character costumes for Halloween this year, Bryan Lee O'Malley spotted a couple of prime Ramona Flowers and Kim Pine examples on Flickr. They're mighty impressive. Also on the costume front, Geoff Johns continued his "Smallville" updates with a vote of confidence in Doctor Fate's look for the show, which he calls "beyond accurate."

In off-set Twitter commentary of the last 24 hours, Scott Kurtz took notice of John Cassaday's directorial gig on "Dollhouse," which he expressed some bittersweet anticipation for. Check out what they had to say, along with Chris Ryall on 30 Days of Night: Dark Days, and a free 44-page He-Man-inspired comic by Tim Seeley.

Smallville - TwitterGeoff Johns opened up with some episode titles and director info for his two-part "Smallville" story that's coming up, and Tom Welling will direct the second part, titled "Legends," according to those tweets. Johns said he has the utmost confidence that Hawkman, Dr. Fate and Stargirl will be treated with respect.

Todd Nauck, meanwhile, showed some tweet respect to Johns, dedicating a Slurpee pic to him. You can find that, along with Chip Zdarsky's Astro Boy artwork, Edgar Wright's evaluation of "The Vampire's Assistant" and Mark Waid's post from Singapore.

Scott PilgrimBryan Lee O'Malley says that the "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World" video game won't be out until next summer, but he's been playing an early build in Montreal this week that's got someone special involved behind the scenes.

Also working behind this scenes this week is Brian Michael Bendis, whose cryptic tweets from Marvel's "Avengers" retreat continue. Find out what he had to say, as well as Erik Larsen's thoughts on Captain Lou Albano's death and Idris Elba's unearthed first "Losers" comic book appearance.

Twitter - HaloYou may or may not have been keeping up with the giant robots that have been built outside in Japan this year, but Joe Quesada has been, and he has his own idea for what the U.S. should do to compete.

And speaking of competition, Brett Favre's grudge match against the Green Bay Packers brought out the football fan in much of the Twittersphere last night—as well as some lively commentary from Jason Aaron and B. Clay Moore. It's all in my retweet mix list below, along with Stan Lee on "Curb Your Enthusiasm," Jim Lee with some "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" artwork and "Halo" art from Todd McFarlane.

Twitter - Doctor WhoDid you get your sonic screwdriver all lit up this week because you heard Neil Gaiman would be writing episode 10 in the next season of "Doctor Who"? Well, put it away because according to his Twitter account, that's not going to be happening. (It's a nice thought, though.)

Elsewhere, micro-reviews are trickling in for "Superman/Batman: Public Enemies," at it appears to have Scott Kurtz', approval, which isn't necessarily easy to acquire. (Oh, and here's Splash Page editor @RickMarshall's review of "Superman/Batman: Public Enemies"—just in case you missed it yesterday.) Both of those are in the mix today, along with a picture of Christpher Mintz-Plasse's quality family time with "Wanted," Bryan Lee O'Malley's comics vocabulary recommendations and Chuck BB's David Bowie postcard from Andy MacDonald.
